Vast queues have accumulated at the Covid-19 booster vaccine clinic at UCD this morning, according to the Health Service Executive (HSE).
The HSE has asked people to not go to the walk-in centre as a result of the queues.
The HSE took to Twitter to say that there were “very large queueing times” while adding, “please do not go there as the centre is at capacity”.
Images of the vaccination clinic show hundreds of people queuing from before dawn with the HSE publishing their tweet at 8:40am.
HSE’s national lead for vaccinations Damien McCallion told RTÉ’s Morning Ireland that the HSE would provide daily updates on “where there are queues and show options”.
According to the HSE’s website, two other walk-in vaccination clinics are offering boosters in Dublin, one at the National Show Centre in Swords and another in Croke Park.
