Wicklow GAA to investigate ‘totally unacceptable behaviour’ at underage football match

Wicklow GAA are to investigate “totally unacceptable behaviour from a number of people” at an underage football match on Saturday.

A video circulated on social media appeared to show a number of fights breaking out on the pitch, and Wicklow GAA has moved to condemn the scenes.

The footage appeared to show adults and players engaging in physical altercations, as well as countless people screaming and attempting to break up fights.

Wicklow GAA released a statement: “Wicklow GAA are aware of reports of totally unacceptable behaviour from a number of people at a game today.”

“Wicklow GAA strongly condemns all such behaviour, the CCC will be investigating the incident fully and strong disciplinary action taken.”
