COVID-19: Under-12s account for over 20% of recent Covid cases

The latest figures have shown that those aged 0-12 years old account for 20% of all recent Covid-19 cases.

Of the 18,524 reported cases, 5,103 of them were in those aged up to 12 years old.

According to the Health Protection Surveillance Centre (HPSC), the 5 to 12-year age group accounted for 21% of all reported cases.
