FBI discover body in Wyoming believed to be missing woman as boyfriend wanted

A body has been discovered in a National Park in Wyoming, believed to be that of 22-year-old Gabrielle Petito.

Her partner is now subject of an intense search investigation in Florida.

The FBI discovered the body on Sunday and the cause of death has not yet been determined.

“Full forensic identification has not been completed to confirm 100% that we found Gabby, but her family has been notified,” FBI Supervisory Special Agent Charles Jones said.

The boyfriend, 23-year-old Brian Laundrie has been identified as a person of interest, where he was last seen on Tuesday by family members in Florida.

Petito became missing after her last known contact with family in late August from Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming.

Her boyfriend was alone when he drove back to his parents house in Florida on September 1st.

An FBI manhunt is currently underway for 23-year-old Brian Laundrie.
