WATCH: Lucifer’s final season drops on Netflix this Friday

The wait is now over as the final season of Lucifer drops on Netflix this Friday.

The sixth and final season will put an end to the fantasy series which stars Tom Ellis as Lucifer Morningstar AKA the Devil.

It’s safe to say that fans completely lost it when the official Twitter page posted to say that they “saved the best for last”.

During a panel at the Comic-Con@Home, Ellis was joined by executive producers Joe Henderson and lldy Modrovich where they provided some detail about what to expect in the next season.

One question that Ellis was asked was if Lucifer would now possess the same powers as God following the ending of the previous series, to which Ellis responded with, “Good question. I think that’s one of the first questions our characters will be asking when we start season six.”

When the trio was asked about whether Lucifer would continue being involved in cases, Ellis stated, “Oh, I think it’s in his DNA now.”

Unfortunately, they were unable to disclose everything that should be expected in the final season, so all we can do is eagerly wait.

To keep you going until tomorrow, we’ve provided a trailer below to ease your anticipation.
