US podcast star Joe Rogan has tested positive for Covid-19.
Rogan, who is also a comedian and commentator for the UFC, stated that he fell ill after returning from a show in Florida.
The 54-year-old stated that he was feeling “very weary” and “run down” and also developed a headache.
Rogan took to Instagram to confirm his current health situation, telling his followers that he tested positive for Covid-19 and has quarantined himself from his family as a result.
Rogan stated that he has been treated with a series of medications such as monoclonal antibodies as well as prednisone.
He also added that he is being treated with a “vitamin drip” and ivermectin.
He stated, “A wonderful heartfelt thank you to modern medicine for pulling me out of this so quickly and easily,”.
The comedian was scheduled to perform alongside Dave Chapelle in Nashville, Tennessee, but it has now been postponed until October.
