According to Peaky Blinder’s star Conrad Khan, the show will be airing its final season early next year.
Joining the show for its sixth and final season, Khan stated that fans won’t have long to wait until it finally airs on the BBC.
While speaking to Radio Times, Khan stated, “That comes out, from what I last heard – I mean, these things change so quickly – I think that will come out next February, the beginning of next year.”
He also stated that the show’s filming was wrapped up earlier this year and that only the editing process remains, a process to which he cited could take approximately six months.
It was also revealed earlier this year that actor Stephen Graham had joined the cast for the final season, adding his scouser touch to the show.
The news was revealed by director Anthony Byrne that the show’s production had finished, while stating on Instagram that the crew are “Done & Done & Done”.
The show’s final season, although anticipated as epic, will come as bittersweet to many fans of the show as their favourite TV show, which first aired in 2013, comes to an end.
