Top six movies just added to the Netflix library

Netflix UK & Ireland has released several movies across its streaming service over the past few days.

Covering any genre of your choice, there is plenty of quality movies to get stuck into this evening.


We’ve chosen six top films which were just recently added.

1. Black Mass

Black Mass accounts the real-life story of notorious gangster Whitey Bulger, who ultimately made a deal with the FBI and eluded arrest for years.


Starring Johnny Depp, the movie chronicles Bulger’s life as the most infamous violent criminal in the history of South Boston, who ultimately becomes an FBI informant to take down a Mafia family invading his turf.

2. Bohemian Rhapsody

Bohemian Rhapsody accounts the real-life story of Freddie Mercury and Queen.

Starring Rami Malek as Mercury, the movie illustrates how Mercury evolved from a shy nobody to one of the most famous men in the world. The film accounts the struggles Mercury went through, and the mass success the band endured.

3. The Debt

In 1965, three Mossad Agents cross into East Berlin to apprehend a notorious Nazi war criminal.

Starring Helen Mirren and Sam Worthington, the movie transitions between the 1965 capturing of the Nazi war criminal and thirty years later, when the agents are forced to relive the ordeal.

4. A Star is Born

Successful musician Jack falls in love with an aspiring singer and helps her create a music career of her own.

Directed and starring Bradley Cooper, the movie chronicles the evolving romance between Jack and Ally, accounting the rises and downfalls of both their relationship and their individual problems.

5. World Trade Center

The movie enacts the September 11th, 2001 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center buildings in New York City.

Starring Nicholas Cage, two Port Authority police officers become trapped under the rubble of the World Trade Center.

6. Once Upon a Time in Hollywood

A faded television actor and his stunt double strive to achieve fame and success in the final years of Hollywood’s Golden Age in 1969 Los Angeles.

Directed and written by Quentin Taratino, and starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie.
