COVID-19: 373 new confirmed cases in Ireland

The Department of Health has confirmed a further 373 cases of Covid-19 in Ireland.

No information regarding deaths associated with the virus has been reported due to the cyber attack on the HSE.


The Department further confirmed that there are 54 patients in Irish hospitals with Covid-19, with 18 of these in ICU.

Yesterday, there were 57 patients in Irish hospitals with Covid-19, with 19 of these in intensive care units.

In Northern Ireland, there has been a further 179 cases of Covid-19.


No further people diagnosed with the virus have died.
