COVID-19: 329 new confirmed cases in Ireland

The Department of Health has confirmed a further 329 cases of Covid-19 in Ireland.

No further information regarding deaths associated with the virus has been released due to the cyber attack on the HSE.


The Department further confirmed that there are currently 57 patients in Irish hospitals with Covid-19, with 19 of these in ICU.

Yesterday, there were 60 patients in hospital with Covid-19, with 23 of these in intensive care units.

In Northern Ireland, there has been a further 143 cases of Covid-19.


No further deaths associated with the virus have been reported.
