One in six adults in Ireland has now received at least one Covid-19 vaccine

Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly has said that one in six adults has now received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine.

Donnelly further highlighted that Ireland has now one of the lowest rates of Covid-19 infections in Europe.

The HSE also stated that during the week over one million vaccine doses will have been administered.

Towards the end of April, the campaign will move to vaccinate people aged 65 to 69.
