Man in his 20s dies following road crash in Dublin

Gardaí are investigating a road collision in Finglas, Dublin after a man in his 20s was killed and another man was hospitalised.

The incident occurred yesterday at approximately 8:30pm when the man struck a pillar on the Old North Finglas Road.

The passenger of the car, a man in his 20s, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Anyone who witnessed the car collision or is in possession of dash-cam footage is asked to contact Finglas Garda Station at 01 666 7500, the Garda Confidential Line at 1800 666 111 or any garda station.
