COVID-19: 582 new confirmed cases in Ireland

Health officials have confirmed a further 582 cases of Covid-19 in Ireland.

No further people diagnosed with the virus have died.

74% of cases reported are under 45-years-old.

The county breakdown is as follows: 262 in Dublin, 41 in Galway, 34 in Meath, 24 in Kildare, 23 in Waterford and the remaining 198 cases are spread across 20 other counties.
