Gardaí investigating unexplained death of man in Dublin

Gardaí are seeking public assistance as an investigation is underway over the unexplained death of a man in his 50s in Dublin.

The man, who was a Polish national, was found dead in the bedroom of a house located in the Ballastown area of Lusk on Wednesday afternoon.

He was last seen on the evening of March the 1st. Gardaí have already begun taking witness statements and are currently making CCTV enquiries.

Anyone with dash-cam footage who was travelling in the Ballastown area on Monday at approximately 5pm is asked to contact gardaí.

The results of the post-mortem examination, which took place yesterday, have not been released yet; however, an investigation into the circumstances of the man’s death is currently ongoing.
