Met Éireann issues Status Orange wind warning for certain counties tomorrow

A Status Orange wind warning has been issued for Donegal, Galway and Mayo which will come into effect tomorrow between 12pm and 4pm.

Met Éireann stated that winds of up to 65 to 80km/h are to expected with gusts up to 110km/h.

A Status Yellow wind warning has been issued for Dublin, Louth, Wexford, Wicklow, Meath, Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Sligo, Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick and Waterford which will come into effect from 5am until 5pm tomorrow. Wind speeds will range from 50-65km/h with gusts up to 90110km/h.

Another Status Yellow wind warning has been issued for Carlow, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Longford, Offaly, Westmeath, Cavan, Monaghan, Roscommon and Tipperary which will bring wind speeds of up to 50-60km/h and gusts up to 80-90km/h.

This warning will come into effect at 6am and is expected to remain so until 4pm tomorrow.
