Gardaí are investigating a knife attack that occurred in Dublin city centre last night.
A woman, aged in her 40s, was robbed on Clarion Quay at approximately 9:30pm and it is understood that she was attacked with a knife.
The woman remains in the Mater Hospital where she is undergoing treatment. No arrests have been made yet in relation to the incident and investigations are ongoing.
