Murder investigation underway after man dies following assault in Antrim

PSNI are investigating an assault that occurred in Antrim after a 33-year-old man was killed. The incident occurred in Ballymoney where Steven Peck was attacked on the Garryduff Road on January 3rd.

He was discovered on a pathway at the back of the Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre.

Three men, aged 54, 28 and 24, have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and remain in custody.

PSNI are appealing to anyone with information in regards to the assault, to contact 101 quoting reference 1408 03/01/21, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers at 0800 555 111.
