Tech company Genesys to create 100 jobs in Galway

US tech company ‘Genesys’ is to create 100 new jobs at its Galway-based plant.

First establishing its presence in Galway in the year 2018, the company stated that its research and development centre for digital and artificial intelligence in Galway is a key driver of technology innovation.

The company stated back in 2018 that it would create 200 jobs in Galway by 2021 as it plans to fill an additional 100 software engineering roles based at its Galway facility or across Ireland in remote positions which will open up opportunities for people across the country.
