A third 24-hour Dublin Bus route has been announced, which will run between Ongar and UCD.
The bus route (39A) will run every 30 minutes between 11:30pm and 5am for seven days a week.
With the 15 and 41 routes operating a 24-hour service since December last year, the 39A is now the third 24-hour service to be announced.
Dublin Bus added that there will be significant improvements across bus routes number 9, 13, 14, 39, 40 and 83.
These improvements will include 824 additional departures every week following a €4.9 million investment from the National Transport Authority.
