Gardaí are currently investigating an incident that occurred on a Dublin Bus vehicle in Coolock where a woman was assaulted by a number of people on board the bus.
The incident occurred at approximately 9:45pm on the route 27 service at Priorswood Road where the woman was repeatedly punched in the head and back.
Gardaí attended the incident after being contacted and are currently investigating CCTV footage that has been made available to them. Investigations are ongoing.
