Two cars, cash and drugs seized following raid in Louth

The Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB) has seized two cars, cash and drugs following multiple searches in Dundalk, Co Louth.

The operation was focused on a drugs gang operating in Dundalk; however, they are not connected to the Drogheda feud.

A total of five premises were searched earlier this morning by gardaí from the Louth division, detectives, CAB, Emergency Response Unit and the Garda Dog Unit.

A Ford Kuga and a Nissan X-Trail were seized along with cocaine valued at €35,000 and €16,600 in cash.
