US President Donald Trump has paid for the recount of two counties in Wisconsin.
Stating that Milwaukee and Dane counties were the site of the worst irregularities, the president’s team paid $3 million for the recount.
In both counties, Democrat Joe Biden received 577,455 votes with Republican Donald Trump receiving 213,157 votes.
The recount has to be formally approved by the elections commission chair first, once approved it can start on Thursday at the earliest or Saturday at the latest.
