Man charged with aggravated burglary in Dundalk

A man in his 20s has been charged in connection with an aggravated burglary that took place at a house in Dundalk last night.

Following the burglary, a 20-year-old man was hospitalised at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda after receiving hand injuries.

The man’s condition is understood to not be serious. The man charged with the aggravated burglary appeared before the Criminal Courts of Justice this morning.
