RSA asks non-essential workers to cancel driving tests

Non-essential workers have been urged by the Road Safety Authority to cancel their driving tests.

The RSA does not hold details that can identify the employment status of motorists who have been given a test date over the next six weeks, so they ask motorists to check for themselves if they fit into the essential worker category.

If you have a test date scheduled within the next six weeks but do not fall into the essential worker category, the RSA has asked that you cancel your test.

The driver theory test has not been classified as an essential service and therefore has been suspended until the 1st of December.
