Number of people receiving Pandemic Unemployment Payment increases by over 15,000

There has been an increase of over 15,000 people receiving the Pandemic Unemployment Payment.

It was confirmed by the Department of Social Protection that 244,153 people are now in receipt of the payment.

In the last seven days there has been a rise of €4.1 million in the value of payments issued which has totalled to €65.5 million.
