260 patients in Irish hospitals with Covid-19, 30 in ICU

Latest figures from the HSE show that the number of people hospitalised with Covid-19 has risen to 260.

The figure is an increase of 11 overnight, while the number in intensive care stands at 30.

Cavan General Hospital has 31 patients with Covid-19, the largest number of any hospital.

There are currently 31 vacant adult ICU beds in the system.
