Man dead following single-vehicle car collision in Wexford

A man in his 30s has died following a single-vehicle car collision that took place in Wexford last night.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene following the incident which occurred at approximately 11:30pm last night at Newtown, Taghmon.

The driver was the only occupant of the vehicle.

If anyone has any information in relation to the incident, such as dash-cam footage or witnessed the collision first hand, they are asked to contact Wexford Garda Station at 053 916 5200, the Garda Confidential Line at 1800 666 111 or any garda station.
