The west and south of the country have been issued two Status Yellow wind and rain mornings by Met Éireann.
The wind warning has been issued to Wexford and all of Munster with winds speeds of up to 65 kmh to be expected.
The warning will be in place from 6am to 7pm on Tuesday.
All of Connaught, Donegal, Cork, Kerry and Waterford have been issued the rainfall warning which will be in place from 12am to 7pm on Tuesday.
