A reward has been offered in relation to information on the whereabouts of a convicted killer still at large

The PSNI are appealing for information and assistance in the hunt for convicted killer ‘Thomas McCabe’.

Thomas McCabe (56)

The 56-year-old was sentenced to life in 1990 for the murder of 16-year-old Richard Hunt.

Thomas beat Richard to death with a scaffolding pole.

He was transferred to Northern Ireland to serve his sentence.

After being released in 2013, he breached a number of his conditions attached to his release, this revoked his licence in January 2018.

Since then, the PSNI have been trying to locate him.

A reward up to £5,000 has been offered for information on Thomas McCabe.

His description is as follows:

Height – 177cm (medium build)

Hair colour – grey (short)
