Investigation underway after cyclist dies in Kilkenny road crash

Gardaí are investigating a road crash that took place on Church Road in Gowran, Kilkenny yesterday at approximately 3:45pm.

The collision involved a cyclist and a tractor.

The cyclist, a man in his 60s, received fatal injuries from the collision and a post-mortem is to take place at University Hospital Waterford.

No other injuries were reported.
