COVID-19: All travel restrictions are to be lifted on the 29th of June


Leo Varadkar has confirmed that all travel restrictions will be lifted from the 29th of June.

This is part of an accelerated version of the government’s road map on reopening the country.

Phase two is to begin on Monday which will allow all travel within your county or up to 20km from your home.

Varadkar stated “We recognise the difficulty that the travel restrictions are having”.
