COVID-19: Over 21,000 people have recovered from Covid-19 in Ireland

It has been confirmed that 21,060 people have recovered from Covid-19 in Ireland.

Of the 21,060 people, 19,224 have recovered in the community, whereas 1,826 people have been discharged from hospital.

This information has been confirmed by Deputy Chief Medical Officer ‘Dr Ronan Glynn’.

Dr Glynn added “To date, 87 per cent of confirmed cases diagnosed with Covid-19 have recovered”.
