Police recover body from Lough Erne believed to be those of Michael ‘Tony’ Lynch (55)

PSNI have confirmed that on Thursday, human remains were discovered in Lough Erne.

The remains are believed to be those of 55-year-old Michael ‘Tony’ Lynch who has been missing for 18 years.

Only recently, a white Mitsubishi Gallant was recovered from the lake which is believed to be owned by Mr Lynch.

Investigations are ongoing.
