Gardaí are investigating an assault that took place yesterday afternoon in Seagrange Park, Baldoyle, Co Dublin.
The assault left a 16-year-old boy with serious head injuries.
He has been hospitalised at Beaumont Hospital in a serious condition.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to contact them.
