John Waters and Gemma O’Doherty’s challenge of Covid-19 laws have been dismissed by the High Court

Investigative journalist ‘Gemma O’Doherty’ and author ‘John Waters’ have been dismissed by the High Court on their legal action to challenge the state on its lockdown restrictions.

They stated that the Covid-19 laws are unconstitutional and flawed.

The judgement was delivered electronically.

Mr Justice Charles Meenan dismissed their case, stating that they had not put forward facts or expert opinion to support their case.
