Spain’s daily death toll dropped to 143 today which is the lowest daily death toll since mid-March.

Phase one of a four stage reopening plan will take place for 51% of the Spanish population tomorrow.

These regions are the ones that meet the necessary criteria for entering the reopening phase.

Madrid and Barcelona will remain in phase 0 as they do not meet the necessary criteria.
