Banks agree to place a further extension on loan repayment period during Covid-19 lockdown

The main five banks of Ireland (AIB, Bank of Ireland, PTSB, Ulster Bank and KBC) have announced that they will be further extending loan repayment periods during Covid-19 lockdown.

The banks added an extra three months to the payment break, originally three months.

This six month period will be made available to customers affected by the Covid-19 crisis.
