Gardaí have arrested an English man in 50s in relation to the 2015 murder of Willie Maughan and Ana Varslavane.
The couple were last seen in Gormanston, Co Meath on the 14th of April 2015.
Willie’s mother received a phone call from Ana Varslavane where cries for help could be heard, this was the last time that anybody had heard from them.
The man is currently being detained at Ashbourne Garda Station and can be detained for up to seven days.
