Health Minister Simon Harris hopes for ‘slight easing’ of restrictions on the 5th of May

Simon Harris has stated that he is hoping for some “slight easing” of some of the Covid-19 lockdown restrictions on the 5th of May.

There will be a roadmap issued on how the country will reopen.

There could be as many as four stages to the reopening with approximately 3-4 weeks between each phase.

Harris stated that it is harder to reopen the country than it is to close it, adding that there will not be “big bang moment” when the restrictions are lifted.
