Investigations are ongoing following an incident that took place on a farm in the Milltown Malbay area of Co Clare.
A boy, believed to be 14 years old, died in an accident involving a tractor.
The boy was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Health and Safety Authority is currently investigating the matter.
