Gardaí investigating road crash in Wexford where a man has died and a woman seriously injured

Investigations are ongoing in Wexford after a man in her 30s dies following a road crash.

The passenger, a woman in her 20s, is being hospitalised at University Hospital Waterford for serious injuries.

The incident took place at Ballinaboola at approximately 5am and no other vehicles were involved.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Gardaí are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
