Singer ‘Bill Withers’ dies aged 81

Three-time Grammy Award winning singer ‘Bill Withers’ has died at the age of 81.

His family stated to the Associated Press that Withers died on Monday from heart complications.

The soul singer was best known for hits such as “Lean on Me” and “Lovely Day”.

He is survived by his wife ‘Marcia’ and his children ‘Todd’ and ‘Kori’.
