Examination underway after a farmer is killed by a bull in Cork

A post-mortem examination is to take place at Cork University Hospital after a 64-year-old man was killed by a bull in Charleville, Co Cork.

The man was tending to a number of bulls when the incident occurred.

He was found by a neighbour in an unresponsive state.

Emergency services responded to the incident where the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
