Man appears in court in relation to Keane Mulready-Woods murder

A man has appeared in Drogheda District Court in relation to the murder of 17-year-old Keane Mulready-Woods.

Gerard McKenna (50) was charged with impeding the apprehension or prosecution of another person in relation to Keane’s murder.

He was remanded in custody and will appear via video link in Cloverhill District Court next Thursday.

A second man, who was arrested last week, has been released without charge.

A file is to be prepared by the Director of Public Prosecutions.
